As Senior Vice President of Services Amanda is responsible for leading all of our services lines for MACC members including Accounting, HR, IT Infrastructure, Data, and Clinical Billing services.

Amanda has led MACC’s HR Service since 2018 where she drove strong member participation, trust, satisfaction, improved tools and processes, and team development. She is am a proven leader who thrives on teamwork, relationships, problem solving, communication and equity. Amanda has consistently led with compassion, wisdom, and courage in an environment where change is inevitable. She also has over ten years of experience working at third party administration firms in the Midwest.
